Kimberly takes pride in a sentiment she has heard over and over again, “I feel as though I am Kimberly’s only client.”

A fully-focused customer service and individualized approach is becoming increasingly rare in this competitive marketplace. The bottom line for Kimberly is that her buyers and sellers are happy. To that end, she devotes her full attention to the specific needs of everyone she represents, utilizing her market expertise, sharp negotiating skills, sound financial acumen and tenacious work ethic to secure the best outcome.

All the while she provides her clientele with an honest, straightforward education on the intricacies of the transaction process to ensure sound investment decisions. What’s more, Kimberly’s warmth, sincerity, and passion for her work shine through in every one of her business relationships, which explains why so many of her clients are close friends and repeat customers.

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Kimberly received her MBA in International Finance and Marketing from the George Washington University and her BS in Marketing from Clemson University. She spent twelve years in the international telecommunications industry building partnerships, joint ventures and developing and executing strategies for entry into international markets. Drawing on this experience, as well as her academic and philanthropic background, she is capable and eager to work with people of all backgrounds, interests and financial levels.

Kimberly and her business partner Daryl Judy rank in the top one-percent of top producing real estate teams in the nation. They listen carefully to their clients’ objectives to determine their needs and guide them every step of the way through the purchase process, from finding the right neighborhood to negotiating a fair deal and intelligent investment.
